ResqMi is a free software tool designed to analyze, visualize, and edit data from resequencing microarrays. The latest version has been improved, featuring more efficient and portable file parsers, as well as new visualization and export tools for CHP and CEL files. It also provides an array image view for CEL file quality control, allowing users to view intensities and other measurements from CEL file features as they are laid out on the array. Different plots are available for comparing two arrays.
